Michael received his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2024 from the University of Hildesheim, Germany. He is currently working as an administrative professor for the Department of Business and Informatics at the University of Applied Sciences & Arts Hannover. His research focuses on agile software development, software process improvement and human & social aspects within software development processes.
